Well 2 days, (maybe 3 depending how you look at time) anyways.. my birthday was Friday the 11th of april. Nothing really special happened, got NHL 08 from step mom, and got 2 500 apple gift cards, one from father and the other from my mother.

That, lead me to the mall to pick up my new iMac.. walked out with 24in iMac and smile on my face, when I was in there I got to talking to some of the workers in there about work and ended up with the Apple Lead Business Consultant card, and was told that I would be in contact soon. Pretty cool, nice to be recognized for my work on the web and get quilfied to attend some events locally based on business.

Well lately my friends from around the web have been coming out with some wonderful things,

GrabUp : Still not up, but Jon himself gave me an oppertunity to test it out. This is a wonderful and very useful mac app.

The app is very simple, install, command - shift - 4 , select an area and *blame slam ham* you hit paste ( command + v ) and holy smokes your image is fully uploaded and in your clipboard ready to show the world.

Everyone can be having this much fun, when GrabUp officially launches in the next days.

Jon also plans on making a GrabUp Pro version in the near future.

Vorolo : This is a social network, still currently in alpha/beta testings. The Owner, Jason, is the head designer for the project. Jason started this as a fun project and trying to make it in the big leagues. He plans to come out with many new updates for this including mini blog, movable content around profile, youtube music player. I talked to Jason myself, and learned that he started this project in early December and has only spent around $700 on this coding. The survive in this day in age, you need updates after updates, I can assume that 700 is not all that will go into this site. The designing that Jason did is beautiful.

This* Web Hosting :  This* is a newly started hosting company that knows what there doing, David the CEO has done a wonderful job with setting up this site. Overall, The outside and inside of this site is beautiful, The design, by Julian is outstanding and the servers there running on are unstoppable. This* has been in the works for a bit now, but the outcome shows success, yet in this market only time will tell. Next month you can count me as a certified This* customer.

Memphis(1) VS Kansas(2),

What a game it was, it was for the most part an even game, Memphis came out and showed that they were number 1 and how they played basketball. Both teams played extremely well, and due to 4 missed foul shots at the last minutes gave Kansas some great hopes, with 10 seconds left in the game if left Kansas down by 3 points, and if you do not know basketball, thats 1 shot from behind the (3pt)arc, still a very hard shot to make, and even harder with 10 seconds left and the ball at the other end of the court but it still left hope for Kansas to make it into Overtime and play what they came for a bit longer. That 4th shot was missed by Memphis , Kansas found them self with the ball, and the race was on, the clock not stopping until 2.1 seconds when Mario Chalmers made an amazing 3 point shot to move Kansas into overtime, and overall winning the Championship.

Well, Just wanted to let everyone know that yes, I am still alive and if you have not seen me on msn or Talkfreelance; i have been on the web just slow, and working under the radar for a bit on some projects with friends. Non of these projects have been launch, and there is really nothing to show for them yet.

Well yesterday, I stumbled across a adsense check made out to Markus Frind owner of Plentyoffish for the lump sum of 901,733.84.. Now this check has to be inspiring to any webmaster out there, and its happening all over the place, Markus is not the only earner out there..
